Terms and Conditions 9kelap

1. User Eligibility

9kelap services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Is not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Has not previously been blocked, suspended or banned from using the 9kelap platform.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.

9kelap reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If the company finds that a user does not meet the stated age requirement, the account in question will be closed immediately and any balance in the account will be handled in accordance with management policy.

2. Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only allowed to have one (1) active account at 9kelap. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, or using the same payment method across several accounts, is a serious violation of these terms.

2.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Users are required to provide:

• Full name as stated on their identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active mobile number registered in the user's name.
• A valid email address that is accessible by the user.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

2.3 Identity Verification

9kelap reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of the MyKad, bank statement or proof of e-wallet ownership. This process is part of our commitment to user security and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

2.4 Password Security

Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account password. 9kelap will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login details secure.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

9kelap supports a range of deposit methods that are secure and easy to use for Malaysian players:

All deposits must come from an account in the name of the registered user. 9kelap does not accept deposits from third parties. The company reserves the right to hold or cancel any deposit that raises questions regarding the source of funds.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from a 9kelap account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

4.2 Processing Time

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

9kelap offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the value of the bonus received before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Required wagering: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,100 → Required wagering: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is only eligible to receive the first deposit bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, directly converted to cash or used by another account.
• 9kelap reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• VIP promotions with weekly cashback (Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, Platinum up to 1.0%) are subject to separate VIP terms and conditions.
• All other promotions such as birthday bonuses, referrals or reloads are described in their respective promotion details when offered.

6. Game Rules

All games offered at 9kelap — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sports betting, mix parlay and esports — are conducted in accordance with their respective game rules.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are produced by a certified Random Number Generator or by recognised live game providers. These results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 9kelap will work to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. In certain cases, 9kelap reserves the right to cancel bets affected by an unusual disruption and return the wagered amount to the player.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds for sports betting are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system are binding. 9kelap reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud, including the use of third-party software, bots or any automated method to exploit games.
• Money laundering or using the 9kelap platform as a facility for unauthorised financial transactions.
• Registering or managing multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting bonuses unfairly.
• Sharing account details with others or allowing others to use your account.
• Using an account registered under another person's name without their permission.
• Any behaviour that harasses, threatens or causes harm to other users or 9kelap staff.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of the account balance, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 9kelap customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

8.2 Closure by 9kelap

9kelap reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• The user fails to meet the eligibility requirements set out.
• The user violates any part of these terms and conditions.
• There is fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour on the account.
• Compliance with legal requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for voluntary self-exclusion. This option can be configured by contacting our customer support. 9kelap fully supports responsible gambling and will honour all self-exclusion requests received.

9. Limitation of Liability

9kelap is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of the user's own gambling decisions.
• Delays or failures caused by factors beyond 9kelap's control, including internet disruptions, third-party failures or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's failure to keep their login details secure.
• Any technical errors occurring outside the 9kelap system, including failures on the servers of third-party game providers.

In circumstances where 9kelap is found liable, the company's liability is limited to the amount of the user's account balance at the time the incident occurred.

10. Amendments to Terms

9kelap reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the 9kelap platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they are advised to stop using the platform and close their account.

10.1 Language Versions

These terms and conditions are available in Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

10.2 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which 9kelap operates. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution channels established by the licensing authority.
